Leadership

Erick Barber is the Chief Executive Member in charge of human resources, project management, and training. Erick has 15 years of active-duty experience serving in the United States Air Force as an Industrial Power Production Technician and as a Unit Training Manager. Erick holds degrees for Mechanical and Electrical Technology and Education and Training Management.

Jacob Barber acts as Legal and Financial advisor. Jacob is a Juris Doctor and practices law in the state of Texas as a trial attorney. He also holds a degree in Applied Physics.

Chris Mathis oversees product development, training facilitation, and sales at Global Motor Clean LLC. Since 2015, he has been integral to the research and development of Motor Clean machines. With a robust 35-year background in specialized trucking and excavation, Chris has significant experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting winch and excavation systems, particularly for swamp applications. His project management expertise spans residential, commercia, wind energy, oil and gas industry, mining, highway construction, and dredging waterways.
